General Mwave Fixes

General V.34 and V.32bis Fix
The latest version of the V34.DSP code is 1.79 (89 055 bytes - August 20, 1996). This file also contains the latest version of the V32BIS.DSP code (v1.49). This fix is intended for use with all Mwave hardware capable of V.34 (28.8K) data connections. This fix contains bugfixes and provides speed benefits. This fix is applicable to DOS, OS/2 and Windows. This fix is not an officially supported fix.

V.34 Fix for 33.6K Enabled Mwave Modems
The latest version of the V34.DSP code for 33.6K enabled Mwave modems is v34_252.zip 2.52 (62 473 bytes - February 26, 1997).
Important: You must disable MNP when using this fix (add \N4 to your init string) to prevent MIPS overrun errors.
This fix is intended for use only with Mwave hardware that is capable of 33.6K connections. This fix will not upgrade your Mwave modem to be able to connect at 33.6K. If you do not have a 28.8K Mwave modem then you can install the general V.34 fix. This fix contains bugfixes and provides speed benefits. This fix is applicable to DOS, OS/2 and Windows. This fix is not an officially supported fix. (not mirrored).

Mappy-tapi Mwave Drivers
The Mappy-tapi Mwave drivers are mwavtapi.exe (201 885 bytes - December 7, 1996).
These drivers are intended for use with Mwave hardware using the MDSP2780 and earlier chips. If your windows media player does not have a device for Mwave Message Driver then you do not need these drivers. These drivers will allow you to run tapi TAM appplications on your Mwave card. These drivers will prevent your MCI TAM applications from running. This fix is applicable to Windows. This fix is not an officially supported fix.
