Most of the discussion for Mwave cards and technology used to take place on comp.os.os2.multimedia including feedback from IBM and Team Mwave (assuming of course that it is an OS/2 related topic).
A WWW archive of comp.os.os2.multimedia is now available .

IBM has four separate sites on which you'll find Mwave related files.

T.J. Watson Research Center

This archive houses both release level and beta level software for the mdsp1012 IBM WindSurfer card. To access these files directly, ftp to software.watson.ibm.com (129.34.139.5). Release level files are located in /pub/os2/wsurf. Beta level (OS/2) files are located /pub/os2/mwave.

IBM Software

This archive houses the latest drivers for the mdsp1012 IBM WindSurfer card and has superceded those available at the T.J Watson Research Center. To access these files directly, ftp to ftp.software.ibm.com (198.17.57.66). The files are located in /devices/windsurfer.

IBM/ISSC Server

This archive houses both release level and beta level software for the IBM WaveRunner cards. To access these files directly, ftp to ftp.raleigh.ibm.com (192.35.236.8). All files are located in /pub/standards/waverun.

IBM Personal Computers Company

This archive houses release level software for all IBM Mwave products. To access these files directly, ftp to ftp.pcco.ibm.com (204.146.167.81). IBM ThinkPad 755 drivers are in /pub/mobiles. IBM WaveRunner and IBM Multimedia Modem for ISA drivers are in /pub/misc. IBM WindSurfer OS/2 drivers are in /pub/os2_apps. IBM Audiovation drivers are in /pub/os2_drivers. IBM V.32 DSP Data/Fax Modem drivers are in /pub/dos_comm.

IBM Microelectronics are the developers and distributors of the Mwave DSP.
